    I’m doing the 6 to 10 Minute workout on the total gym, I started over 3 weeks ago. The DVD is great, the first time I did Day 2 of the program I could barely walk and was sore for days, but the next week it wasn’t nearly as bad and now I barely feel it. The guy knows his stuff. I can already tell I have more energy, but just wondering how long before I start seeing physical results?

    Between the age of 50 and 60 I used nothing but total gym except for one day a week for 8 weeks to get used to free weights.
    Next year I’m going to compete again.
    4 weeks ago I started doing 2 sets of the squat, bench amd deadlift with weights.
    For the next year I will do 20 exercises with Total Gym and 3 with weights each week. Total workout, one hour a week.
    When I break the records again I will tell the truth as I always have.

    This thing is a joke!!!! Who are the so called experts that say you cant be in good shape when you get older?? Also he claims to win powerlifting competitions by only using a 6 to 8 minute total gym workout which is a complete lie. I know for a fact that he lifts free weights weekly.

    Looking a little red in the face with those one handed thingies. But you know I couldn’t do one. Ha.
    We’re together 6 afternoons a week for 6 to 8 minutes or so with the Total Gym. Thank goodness the guy I bought it from for half price didn’t know about you! The thing is FUN…and your advice makes it work! Thanking you 6 times a week! I appreciate the mails too! Keep it up!
