I really wanna grow taller? Any last tips on how to?

At the moment, I am 20 years old. I am an Indian/South American. Lets start with my grandparents and my parents height. My grandparents on my dads side, grandfather is 5′10 and, grandmother is 5′6. My dad however is 5′8. Grandparents on my moms side, grandfather is 6′1 and, grandmother is 5′7. My mom is 5′6. Now at the moment, I am 5′9 and a 1/2 weighing at 160 lbs. I was a fat kid till the age of 18 with my weight of 81 kg back then. And after I joined this National Service program for about few months, I was 69kg when I came back all skinny and stuff. Since then, I am more into exercising like moderate weight lifting, running (cross country or park) and other exercises. And I have gained about 9 kg because of muscle building and stuff. My diet has no alcohol at all. I have stopped eating junk food since 17 or 18. Its all good nutrition with daily supplements nowadays. As for sleep, I sleep on an average 5 to 6 hours a day. Due to college work and stuff.

The question is, I am really trying to get over 6 ft tall or something. I know some say that height does not matter, especially when we look at people like Al Pacino or WWE Superstar Chris Jericho. But my heart goes all out to guys like Shawn Michaels, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson or even Arnold Schwarzenegger as they are all over 6 ft. Some how there’s this aura that they look so good in the ring or when they walk or even act in movies. The height really makes a difference
in presenting themselves and their body physique.

So that is why, I mean is there any last resort for me to grow taller, I don’t wanna look stunted, I feel being over 6 ft, makes you look more muscular and stuff. So, please, is there anyone out there with any essential advice? (And one more thing, please tell me the correct age of when men will stop growing, cause people are giving so may different answers)

Thanks so much
:D
You are pretty much done at 20 and there is nothing much you can do. It is too late for HGH and you are pretty much average anyway. 5′9.5 and 160lbs is fine, it is way better to be in great shape at your height than a weak skinny 6 footer trust me. Physique is way better than height. Also Shawn Micheals is actually 5′11 not over 6 feet. WWE has him at 6′1 but they inflate everyone’s height, it is BS. Most men stop growing between 18-21, you will be lucky to hit 5′10, anything more is pretty rare. Accept it, you are a fine height anyways. Elevator shoes can give you 3 inches if you really are that desperate, people will laugh at you though if they find out.

Why are men called shallow for not liking larger women?

I mean seriously. Guys are naturally wired to like healthy women. And usually, healthy is slim, with not too much fat. So why are guys called shallow jerks for liking something they’re programmed to like, just because people don’t wanna hurt the feelings of some "curvy" girls who are too lazy to exercise and eat right?
Curvy is Beyonce and J-Lo, not Ashley Fink..
Sorry if I came off as rude but I’m genuinely wondering here.

Probably the typical guilt trip being played by big women. Fact is I’m fit and am not attracted to sloppy looking women. Don’t like curvy, or big anything on a women. Give me a small, slim girl with small breasts and hips any-day. The curvy ones I wouldn’t go out with at gun point, or money !

What kind of shape can a 90lb overweight, 59yo man expect to get in with an eating & exercise plan?

Can muscle be built and body-fat percentage be lowered with a plan of about 2,000 cal high pro low carb diet and two days of upper body and two days of lower body lifting along with five days of 60 min. cardio training? I weigh 265 lbs on 5 feet 11 inches. When I graduated HS I was 140 lbs. What other benefits can I expect given enough time and i make the exercise program part of my life–NOT stop after losing weight, but continue just like breathing.

For a good cardio workout I would take up cycling. You want to pedal at a higher cadence to help burn fat. When you pedal at a slower pace and mash the pedals it is more like weight lifting.
I go cycling every chance I get and keep a high cadence 75 to 90 rpms and it really makes a difference. I usually keep a pace where I can still talk but can’t sing.
