For this assignment I have to interview three people. I copied and pasted the assignment below - I don’t want to interview friends, I think it would be cool to interview people I don’t know from everywhere. So, if anyone is interest can you write your thoughts on the assignment.
Directions for Your Essay
Now that you have studied the material in the Work Out and have been in a fitness program for yourself, you are ready to launch a successful beginning to your healthy lifestyle! It is important to continue your plan for the rest of your life.
Research shows that the activities people engage in to keep healthy change as we age. Our gender, cultural background, and socioeconomic status also affect what choices we make when we exercise.
For this assignment, you will need to interview three people from different age groups, backgrounds, socioeconomic and cultural statuses to determine which of these factors have an effect on what physical activities they choose to participate in. You are not allowed to interview any of your family members.
Use the table on the Work Out tab to reference the responses that you receive from each person that you interview (the numbers are percentages).
You will then need to come up with a thesis statement. Your thesis statement will depend on the questions and responses from your interviews.
Sample thesis statements may be:
"My research shows that gender plays a specific role in which physical activities people play."
"I have found that a person’s age has an impact on which physical activities individuals participate in to stay healthy."
Organize Your Essay According to the Following Guidelines
Your first paragraph should introduce your thesis statement. There are samples listed above. You can choose one of the two provided for you in the sample or make your own.
Interview person #1 asking questions based around your thesis statement, and be sure to take notes on the person’s responses. Your second paragraph should include his/her age and how active that person is. Be sure to include the responses from your notes during the interview of person #1.
Interview person #2 asking the same questions based around your thesis statement, and be sure to take notes on the person’s responses. Your third paragraph should include his or her age and how active that person is. Be sure to include the responses from your notes during the interview of person #2.
Interview person #3 asking questions based around your thesis statement, and be sure to take notes on the person’s responses. Your fourth paragraph should include his or her age and how active that person is. Be sure to include the responses from your notes during the interview of person #3.
The final paragraph should be a conclusion that ties your thesis statement together with the information from the three paragraphs in the body of your essay.
No, I’m not asking you to do my homework. I’m looking for three people if not more (and I will choose the three I find most interesting) and then I will write my OWN essay!
Thank you.
Try contacting the folks at http://www.yogalondon.net. The owners/employees are super fit, some with competitive dancing, swimming, running backgrounds. I interned there for a few months last year and they are generally up for small interviews.

well hello again, i think you need a tutor.
Ever since I was little I have been slightly to severely pudgy. I have always been told that to increase my metabolism I should exercise more. But the problem is I hate to exercise. And when I say hate to exercise I mean really HATE to exercise! I have been involved in sports and fitness programs all throughout my youth, but I never really ever been able to get rid of my large stomach or horrendous double chin. People always tell me how wonderful it feels after running two miles or doing 25 push ups. I am told of a great adrenaline rush that makes you feel alive when you work out. I honestly have no idea what they are talking about because every time I nearly beat myself to death doing sit ups, push ups, running and jogging ETC. the only two feelings I get are: A) Complete and miserable exhaustion. And/Or B) Thinking how wonderful that large pizza is going to taste after I am done exercising!
I would really love to lose some pounds to allow some of my facial features to become more distinct and not have such a huge pot belly. Unfortunately I honestly do not know how to achieve this goal for in the past whenever I participated in an exercise and diet routine, I would put my self through physical torture and starvation for weeks and months on end only to lose a couple of pounds and remain looking chubby. What can I possibly do?
First of all, starvation never works. When your body is starved it goes into "self defense" mode and will start storing food as fat when you do eat. Eating several small meals a day (of the right foods) can in and of itself speed up your metabolism.
