I don’t really need much of a exercise program, just some ab work outs, and maybe some pec/glutes/quad exercises.
And maybe some cardio exercises? Im doing a final for health class and I need to know some workout exercises.
The person is underweight, 148 pounds at 6′2", and he needs to build muscle more than anything.
Well basically it would be the same exercises but at a greater amount or intensity in order to meet with the muscles gained from lifting weights.
If you are lifting weights, then get like a 10 or 20 pound Weight depending on how strong you are and how intense you want your exercises to be and put it on your chest and hold it there by crossing your arms, then do normal sit ups with it, it’s much harder and it gives you a more intense work out, but try not to use too heavy weight as you can hurt your back if you use what you can’t handle.
Don’t really know about effective exercises for those other parts, but hope i helped.

Hey everyone.
Im about to follow a HIIT program. but i recently heard that cardio can burn off muscle tissue as well as fat. so i was wondering if this would also be the case doing HIIT cardio exercises. (i want to follow the insanity program, its a max interval training program.)
thanks everyone =].
yes it can eat muscle up faster than you typed that question out - get yourself measured - BF % to Muscle ratio at a local gym and see the before AND after results….
But I have a slight problem my leg muscles are quite sore and when i walk it feels as if their being pulled from top to bottom. Its not unbeliveably sore just not lovely either. Does anyone know what the problem could be?
I’ve been like that when I started now it doesn’t hurt anymore. I asked an instructor and he told me I was getting muscles. I believe it is truth because now my legs and arms are with nice muscles.
You R doing there right things. Keep on!
I currently run through a circuit of basic exercises (push ups, squats, dips, crunches) repeating each four times. Anyone know of a good full body workout that doesn’t require weights? (Not including cardio exercises)
try inverted pushups, legs up against the wall or do a handstand and hold it if you can and then do the pushups. also if you get two chairs by placing your feet up on one with your body facing up and grabbing onto the other chair and pushing up and down (if you get me) then you work your arms in different ways. without weights or machines its pretty hard to have a good workout but yea that sorta thing and chinups, your pretty much on the right track
Alright, I’ve started a Cardio program for basic workout but this is the first time I really started an exercise PROGRAM. So any advice to keep a steady workout program? Oh and NO GYM. There are too many idiots in the gym I used to.
How about doing at the time of day you work best at. Do a little each day like half an hour, until you feel ready to take it up to an hour and so on. Don’t forget to give yourself a day of tho.
