Lose weight? Would like to drop 5-10 pounds by July 4th. Started exercise program (cardio, kickboxing, walking/jogging), cut out all sugar (that was rough) & coffee creamer. Wondering what it taste like & if it makes you feel "bloaty". Thanks for your help.

Just eat 3 clean hearty meals a day- veggies and fruits are a plus. If your motivated hit the gym and continue the program.Run around the block a few times a day.. The water weight will knock 5-10 pounds by july4th.

Chocolate taste good and it doesn't make you feel bloaty but if you stick to your exercise program you will be fine

slimfast is a quick fix diet plan. once you lose the weight if you go off of it, you will gain double back. My sister in law did this. She lost almsot 80 pounds on it, then went on the maintenance diet, and gained about double that back.
The best thing is to just keep up with what you are doing. Eat plenty of raw veggies. Slimfast does just the same thing as fresh veggies, and fresh veggies taste better and are healthier for you.
cut out the carbs will work more than anything. by that i mean bread, pasta, potatoes, corn, peas, dry beans, rice, bagels, muffins, popcorn.
limit fruits to 3 a day. raw and cooked veggies are also 5 a day, and all the meat, cheese, tuna you can eat. also limit milk to 1 cup a day and drink plenty of water.
coffee creamer unless you use 1/4 cup in each cup of coffee will not hurt you. Use either splenda or or sweet n low.
