Getting into fit shape in 1 year UPDATE #8

THIS IS ABOUT ME GETTING INTO SHAPE BETWEEN THE TIME FRAME OF JANUARY 1ST, 2007 & JANUARY 1ST, 2008. I HAVE BEEN UPDATING MY PROGRESS EVERY 2 WEEKS HERE ON YOUTUBE AND I WILL BE DOING SO FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR OF 2007.

THIS VIDEO IS MY 8TH UPDATE RECORDED ON APRIL 21ST, 2007.

MY NEXT UPDATE WILL BE ON MAY 5TH, 2007.

    There is not a 100% correlation between muscle size and strength. Some of the young men at the YMCA I lift at have small puny looking arms but can press 280 lbs. what count is your general health. You are not overweight. You haven’t injured yourself. You are making slow but steady progress. Bro this is nothing to apologize for. You are keeping on track! Celebrate success.

    I been gym for about over a month and notice a big change. My small advice is.

    Dont do too much cardio as it will atrophy your muscles, since your body will turn muscle into energy rather than the fat. Your Body goes into starvation mode sort of speak.

    Eat alot of white meat ,fish,chicken,tuna. And do 2 major muscle groups a day. leave 48 hours of rest and let those muscles repair.

    Keep up the good work i love the videos,and it keeps me motivated at the same time.

    Unless you are working 70+ hours a week, you should be able to make 1 hour per day to lift. Fuck, you don’t even need to lift every day. I never lift more than 3 days a week. then 3 days of cardio. And soreness doesn’t mean you did in the gym, you can get sore curling a soup can 1000 times.

    im very happy for you im trying to boost muscle i have naturall muscle but i want it big ….but finding the time is the hardest thing reli i also do boxing which is known to boost muscle so u might wana try that
