I meant like 3-4g per kilo body weight. People with an IQ level higher than their shoe size would figure that out.
Casein protein is the protein that you would find naturally in meat, mostly red meat from cows etc. Casein protein improves the standard of your restitution (restitution = resting/sleeping) , and your muscles grow while you rest.

If you want to …
If you want to build muscles, do 3-4g of pure protein a day, eat some healthy fat acids, and lots of carbohydrates.
Whey protein in the morning and out the day, casein before going to sleep.
If you really want to build muscles, it is highly advisable to be on a fat percentage of 15%. Stay on 15 a year or two whilw you train heavy, eat good and sleep well, before you lose the fat and see the result.
Getting into a really good shape isn’t done in just a year.

Looking forward to the next update. I’d like to do this too, but its tough for me to find time to go to the gym. Plus I run a restaurant that sells a lot of fried food, which makes it tough to get healthy. What’s your avg food intake a day? How do you get enough protein?

Make sure you’re getting enough protein, you should need about 140g a day, to build muscle (if that’s what you’re looking for) you need to eat enough protein otherwise when your muscles are getting broken down with workouts they wont grow back bigger and stronger each time.
